What is the availability status of items on the site?
All items for sale on the Poshyc.com e-boutique are either available or will be produced as ordered. If you wish to order a significant number of a particular item, please contact our Customer Service department by telephone or email.
What do I need for optimum browsing when visiting Poshyc.com?
To make your experience at Poshyc.com as pleasant as possible, we recommend using the latest generation of your browser. If you access our website using an older version, we cannot guarantee that all of its features will function properly. Please note that your browser must accept cookies and be SSL compatible with standard browsing mode enabled. Poshyc.com does not support private browsing mode at this time.
How accurate is color display on the Internet?
Each product is photographed with precise attention to detail, and the colors shown should accurately depict each product. However, it is possible that colors may vary slightly from one screen to another due to monitor display settings.
Once you have chosen your item or selected your size, add the product to your Shopping Bag by clicking “ADD TO BAG.” To begin the checkout process, click “ORDER” under the Shopping Bag tab. Here you can edit your shopping bag and review your purchase, then click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.”
1. Log in to your account, create a new account, or checkout as a Guest.
2. Follow the instructions as prompted through checkout.
3. Complete the Billing information including the correct name, address and phone number of the cardholder.
4. Ship to the Billing address or select “SHIP TO AN ALTERNATE ADDRESS” and complete the Shipping information. Please note that POSHYC reserves the right to ship the order to the billing address.
5. Complete the payment information using either a Credit Card or Paypal.
6. Review your order and press Submit.
1. How much is the delivery?
Enjoy complimentary ground shipping on all orders for the USA and Canada. For other destination or different shipment mode, you will be asked to select the shipment method you would prefer as part of the order procedure. Delivery costs depend on the delivery service you select and the destination.
2. How long will delivery take?
Please allow 4-5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped for items that are in stock. Out of stock items will take approximately 5-7 business days to be processed and shipped.
POSHYC ships through USPS, FedEx and UPS within the United States and Canada. We offer Ground, Second Day and Next Day shipping options for US customers. For Ground deliveries in the US and Canada, consider 5-7 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Note: the carriers can take longer during the busy holiday season so please select your shipping method carefully. For Day Air deliveries in the US and Canada, consider two business days excluding weekends and holidays. For Next Day Air deliveries in the US and Canada, consider one business day excluding weekends and holidays.
For international destination, the delivery time depends on the carrier. You will get more information once you process your order and before you finalize it.
3. How do I track delivery of my order?
To track your order, click the "your account" link. Log in, then use the menu to track your order. 4. Where does Poshyc.com deliver?
Goods purchased via this Website may be delivered to any personal address. Poshyc.com will not process any order for which a post office box is provided.
5. Could you deliver to a PO box?
Predominantly for security reasons, Poshyc.com will not process any order for which a P.O. box address has been provided.
6. Can I have my package delivered to my mailbox?
For security reasons, all Poshyc.com packages are personally delivered to their recipients. No package can be dropped off at a mailbox.
7. I am on a business trip. Can you deliver to my hotel?
We can indeed deliver to your hotel. Please provide the name and address of your hotel, as well as the dates that you will be staying there, in the "comments" area when you place your order so that our Customer Service can have your package delivered within the given time frame. If we are unable to deliver within this time frame, we will contact you to give you prior notice.

All POSHYC orders arrive in a signature pouch and gift box.
2. Can I use a gift card for an online purchase?
We accept the following Gift Cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa. Please note all purchases made with a Gift Card are Final Sale. We’re sorry but we do not accept other Gift Cards

4. Will my gift order include an invoice where the price of the items is not shown?
An order will be considered a "gift" if the civil status, last name or first name of the invoicing information is different from that of the delivery information. In this specific case, an invoice where the price of the items is not shown will be included in the package that is sent to the gift recipient.
1. Which means of payment are accepted by Poshyc.com?
You may pay for your purchases with a credit or charge card: MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express®. Diners Club®, CarteBlanche®, JCB®, Discover® . You should enter your credit card or charge card number, its expiry date and its card verification number on the relevant page. Payment via Paypal® is also accepted.
2. Do you accept international credit cards?
Unfortunately the online boutique is unable to accept international credit cards at this time. Your billing information and shipping information must be within the region you are shopping in. For example, all orders on CA Canada must have Canadian billing and shipping details, and the same respectively for CA United States. However, we do accept PayPal for your convenience.
Returns and exchanges
1. How do I return or exchange an item ordered via Poshyc.com?
We accept returns and exchanges of unworn & undamaged merchandise within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Merchandise must be accompanied by original packaging and receipt. After 14 days and up to 60 days, merchandise may be returned for store credit that is valid for one year from date of purchase.

2. If I give a gift to someone, can that person exchange it for something else?
Log into your account, or search for your purchase within the ‘Returns’ section on the website.
Select the items you wish to return and follow the prompts to complete your request.
Once confirmed you may email or print your prepaid UPS return label for shipment. This must be initiated within the 14-days window.
Include the original receipt.
Pack merchandise in its original packaging.
Use only the original delivery box for shipment. Merchandise returned in different packaging will not be accepted for return.
Affix our return label.
Keep a record of your tracking number.
Drop off your package at a staffed UPS store and collect a receipt for your records (for your closest location please visit www.ups.com) Do not use a drop box location for security.

Only an exchange for a product of an equivalent or higher value is possible (the difference in price must be paid by you or the gift recipient). The gift recipient should contact our Customer Service department by telephone at +1-888-220-4750 from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.ET, Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m ET, or by email under the "Contact us" section. He/she will then be emailed a pre-paid return label.

Take care of your accessory , use leather cleaner for suede & Nubuck whenever you need.
That way your collar will survive and age with beauty.
For suede leathers you should only use a spray for suede leather and a soft brush to remove imperfections or spots caused by wearing the collar.
Leather gets a bit darker over time.. Don't wet your accessory !
Even for dog accessory, if your dog wets the collar , harness or leash, you can ...rinse the leather accessory under clear water and then carefully polish the metal with a soft cloth to its original shine. The same for the crystals!
If you break any items contact us for a free replacement.
In case we no longer have the same jewelry available we will replace it with another one at the clients wish.
In this case the replacement jewelry and transport are paid by the client.
